It can be used as a stand-alone MRP program or a supplement to your ERP and MRP programs. The program is suitable for dynamic manufacturing companies that produce many different products, handle variety of raw materials and often change production schedules and priorities. Some examples are: cosmetical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industry. It will spare your time and give you peace of mind when executing some production campaign. You will know exactly what you can expect. It will help you to forecast material lacks in time, so you will react on time. Your scheduling of production will be more accurate and reliable. By this software you can simulate different production scenarios and forecast resources inventory levels. You can check BOMs, orders, inventory levels and perform "what-if" simulations. The program provides tools for data import from external data sources, such as your ERP system (SAP R/3, for example). Imported data are then processed and results are represented in interactive datagrids and reports. You can check BOMs (bills of materials) for any required product quantity as well as stocks of materials (finished goods, semi-finished products, raw materials, packing materials etc.). You can see list of orders with required components and quantities, but you can also revert logic to see components and orders that require those components. On the same interactive screen or report you will see information about product stocks, production orders, required components and their required quantities, as well as current stocks of components.
